How do tracking IDs work?
Every FED airbill begins with FD and twelve digits. Spaces are ignored. Public samples live on the Track page if you want to see a full scan history before you ship.
What if Priority Overnight misses 10:30?
The money-back guarantee applies in published metros when the delay is ours. File from Claims with the airbill. Weather and customs holds are excluded and are marked on the ticket.
Do you clear customs?
International Priority includes brokerage on commercial invoices under $2,500. Duties can bill to shipper, consignee, or a third party. Held shipments appear as Held in customs with a desk note.
Can I hold a parcel at a station?
Yes. Ask for hold-for-pickup at booking or from the control tower. Most city stations will keep a carton five days at no charge.
How do climate lanes work?
